Dr. Johar Shakir has been practising since 1980 as a Dental Surgeon and Periodontist. He is a retired professor of Periodontology from reputed institutes like Government dental college & hospital , Mumbai. BRS dental college , Panchkula, Haryana , D. Y. Patil dental college , Navi. Mumbai. He has been a post-graduate as well as an under-graduate professor. He specialises in bleeding gums , root canals, loose teeth, cosmetic dentistry , implants , fixed and removable dentures.
I had severe bleeding from gums and loose teeth 20 years ago, and I had been advised extraction of many teeth. I then visited Dr. Johar Shakir who did surgery on my gums and also taught me how to brush correctly.
It is now 20 years and I have all my teeth intact and firm.
